Dear 1GJ Parents,

On Monday 2nd March 1GJ are leading an assembly for the children in Reception and KS1. The theme is, ‘I am proud of what I do’. If your child wants to share something that they are proud of please send it into school.

Ideas include:
– Rainbow or Beaver uniform with badges on
– Sporting trophies, medals or certificates
– Something that they have put a lot of effort into making e.g. Lego model, craft item

Your child’s achievement could have been captured in a photograph. Have they climbed to the top of a mountain? Made a birthday cake for Grandma? Built a den? You are welcome to email photos to Mrs James or Mrs Galbraith.

If your child is not able to bring something from home they will be able to choose something they are proud of at school.

We will take some pictures to share with you on the blog.

Thank you for your support,

Mrs James and Mrs Galbraith
